Booking & Cancellation Policy

At The Cortex Chiropractic, we strive to provide the best care for our patients while maintaining an efficient scheduling system. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment.

Booking & Payment

• All appointments booked online require payment in advance through Stripe to secure your time.

• Your payment confirms your commitment to your selected appointment time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty.

• To cancel or reschedule, please give us a call—we do not accept cancellations via email or text.

Missed Appointments & No-Shows

• If you miss your appointment without prior communication, your appointment will be forfeited, and a penalty fee will apply.

• Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.
